Shipping policy

Kira Bags delivers all over Lebanon. We do not currently ship outside Lebanon.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, traffic, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the delivery company or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and contact information.

Delivery Time

Orders are normally handed to the delivery company the same business day and arrive within 3-5 business days.

Delivery Fees

Delivery is charged per order and is always shown at checkout before you confirm.

Payment

Payment is cash on delivery. We confirm every order with you on WhatsApp before it is dispatched.

On Delivery

Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery and before using them. Any damage, defect, incorrect or missing item must be reported within 24 hours - see our Refund and Return Policy.
